The Electrical Elements

When we speak of electric elements, we see that for the motor to rotate at a speed different from the synchronous speed, different from the speed of the rotating field, the rotor winding should be able to cut or even interrupt the lines of magnetic force of the field and, according to the laws of electromagnetism. Thus, induced currents will circulate in it.

Consequently, as the load increases, the engine speed will decrease automatically. It should be remembered that one of the main differences between the speed of the engine, which is represented by the letter n, and the synchronous speed, represented by ns, is referred to as slippage, which can be freely expressed in revolutions per minute, or rpm, as fraction of the synchronous speed.           SD14005

The rated speed is in the speed, rpm, of the motor operating at rated power, under nominal voltage and frequency, depending on the slip and the synchronous speed. Thus, we can ensure that the higher the load, the greater the precise torque needed to be able to drive it. In order to achieve a larger conjugate, it is very important that the speed difference is greater, so that the induced currents, in the same way as the fields produced, are larger.

 

 

The Effect of Harmonic Currents

The harmonics present in the charge current can create deformities in the waveform of the voltage and current. These distortions, together with the dc component of the load current, result in increased induction in the parts comprising the core. This may cause an increase in the excitation current, induction by non-sinusoidal parasitic currents in the nucleus, and raising the noise level which together add an increase in core loss.

The loss in the core can be divided between the losses by parasitic currents and by hysteresis and a small part referring to the excitation current in the primary windings of the transformers. This loss by parasitic currents in the nucleus is not the same as in windings by parasitic currents.

The loss of excitation is essentially a function of the lamination, quantity and quality of the steel used in the core, operating frequency and distortion factor given to the steel during the cutting and stacking phase. This loss is calculated in Watt / kg core.              mro supply

Due to different manufacturing processes this loss may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and will be influenced by external factors such as non-linear loads. The harmonics that flow in the load current can also create harmonic distortions in the voltage waveform.

 

5S´s em Canteiros de Obras?

Existem conceitos de gestão industrial que se aplicam a qualquer área, da vida pessoal, aos mais diversos ramos de negócios e em terrenos no swiss park a venda.

O 5S, por exemplo, é um conceito japonês, que pretende fazer ver a organização e limpeza com elementos fundamentais, para eliminar desperdícios e aumentar a qualidade de forma geral.

É claro que, quando se fala em organização e limpeza, fica difícil imaginar sua aplicação no ramo imobiliário, dentro de canteiros de obra.

O que não significa que não seja possível e claro, extremamente benéfico para qualquer ramo de atividades, incluindo o imobiliário.

Principalmente, porque não é uma metodologia rígida e acabada, mas uma filosofia que inclui paciência e principalmente, que se aprimora com o tempo, passando por um ciclo contínuo:

 

  • Compreender a utilidade das coisas;
  • Organizá-las de acordo;
  • Manter o ambiente limpo e organizado;
  • Criar uma rotina de padronização;
  • Desenvolver a disciplina para melhorar continuamente.

É claro que falar é mais fácil do que fazer, mas justamente por isso, principalmente para canteiros de obra e outras áreas complexas, quanto antes se começa, antes se colhem os frutos.
